Rhodes and suzuki were from California, Waldo from New York, Ronning from Oregon, amd Ammons, Johnson and Tibbetts were the Texas contingency.

The Schluger-Ammons Study Club (SASC) is non profit organization founded by and composed of graduates of the periodontal residency program at the University of Washington School of Dentistry.

The SchlugerStudy Club was founded in the 1970’s as Saul Schluger Study Club.

The name was changed to Schluger-Ammons Study Club in  2006, upon request of several members.

The mission of the SASC is to promote continuing education for the membership, to provide a forum for professional and social camaraderie of the membership, and to provide support for the periodontal residency program at the University of ‘Washington.
